A number of collectors attempt to collect a beer can from every country that has ever produced a beer can. One of the tougher countries to check off is Madagascar. The island nation off the Southeast coast of Africa is famous for unusual plants and animals but not for brewing. The Three Horses, from the Star brewery is considered to be the only older can to be issued from this country. It was produced in the 1970's. Orangeboom Brewing of Holland also produced a Three Horses Brands beer.
